Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in engaging potential customers, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will be essential in achieving our sales and customer satisfaction goals. Experience in healthcare would a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to existing and potential customers.
Create and maintain a database of potential leads, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Identify and understand the needs of customer, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role will be preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant phone voice.
Being able to interact with customers over the phone.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent listening abilities and the capability to comprehend customer needs.
Basic computer skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
